Had a ghetto vibe with many long-term residents making it uncomfortable. The TV had persistent issues, often cutting in and out, and the lack of daily housekeeping meant you had to take out your own trash. Soundproofing was insufficient, with noise from the parking lot keeping me up, and only one elevator made for long waits.
